Harga yang tertuang di RAB, akan lebih mahal ( mungkin juga jauh lebih mahal ) dibanding pada waktu pelaksanaan karena sebagai konsultan menghindari fluktuasi harga material, perubahan perubahan material, mundurnya waktu pelaksanaan pembangunan,lokasi dan lain lain dan memberikan kesempatan kepada bapak dan ibu untuk melihat harga versi Kontraktor yang lain.
